+: Location was great, very central to what was desired. Room was large and comfortable Pool was central and very usable

-: Bathroom was adequate, but a little rundown Shower pressure was poor and sometimes was a drip water temp hard to get to a comfortable level

+: The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The Residential Suite was superb! Atmosphere around the middle was pool was nice and overall location was close to everything.

+: Location. Right over the road to the beach and many eateries and bars. Lovely spot to watch the sunset with a little drink. Central to Legian shops bars restaurants and attractions. Beautiful grounds. Great pools. Friendly staff. Restaurant for all meals. Great large comfy beds. Older tradition type Bali resort but we love that.

-: Any complaints requests fell on deaf ears, I told them my AC was leaking a lot of water and there was no attempt to fix the situation

-: Unfortunately the rooms need a lot of maintenance & upgrading & a very good clean . Shower screens or curtains needed. Very dark rooms better lighting. The main pool needs tiles replaced & better daily cleaning ,new steps to get in & out of the pool as some rungs missing.

+: Location is excellent acsess to beach and main Streets. Staff were also wonderful and very helpful. The pools were also great 2 quieter and one with more life.

-: We had a renovated bathroom but still the toilet failed to flush half the time and the bathroom was already run down grout missing and the shower head had to be held to use. The WiFi was absent about 12 of the time was always fixed when mentioned to staff but would disappear again after a few hours. Wifi was excellent everywhere else but our room must have been near a bad router. (Room 129)

+: レギャンビーチの目の前なので、海に行きたければ直ぐに行ける。朝食は、海を見ながら食べれる。庭にはマンゴーの木があり、マンゴーが落ちてる!

-: 沢山あるが、まず、ウェルカムドリンク（お水）が用意されてなかったので、受付に言っても持って行きますと口だけで、2度言ってやっとスタッフが持ってきた。室内ランプが切れていたので明日変えてくれると言っていたが、最後まで変えに来ることはなかった。一番最悪だったことは、シャワーが高温になりすぎ、子ども（６歳）が1人で入ってしまった際、高温でヤケドした!!皮がベロンと剥けるほどのヤケド。帰国後病院へ行き、医師は「ちょっと深ね〜。」と。 チェックアウトの朝だった為、受付の若いお兄さんにヤケドの件は伝えた。注意書きをするとか、（シャワーはヤケドをするほどの高温になります）とか 温度をそこまで高温にならないように設備を整えたほうがいい。とても危険です⚠
