Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Nirwana Gardens Resort - Mayang Sari Beach 3* 2024-2025 Indonesia, Bintan (island)

+: Great location, lovely new renovated rooms and friendly and attentive staff.

-: The taxi service is way too expensive. The hotel should allow and also encourage Grab drivers to service hotel guests. This sort of old fashioned monopoly for the transport service is no longer acceptable in 2024.

+: Bel emplacement Cuisine correcte

+: Ein toller sauberer Strand, der täglich durch das Personal gereinigt wird. Die Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals ist kaum zu überbieten. Sehr ordentliches und variantenreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

-: Der Aufenthalt war perfekt.

+: Just so beautiful and peaceful. Will come back for sure.

-: Schlechtes WIFI

+: The staff are nice, the rooms are clean and the beach is lovely (although during monsoon it has to be cleaned regularly due to rubbish washing up on shore). Kelong seafood restaurant next door is delicious.

-: We stayed at the tail end of monsoon, so we weren’t allowed to swim at the beach and most of the water activities weren’t running. It was pretty disappointing to only find out about that when we arrived. The activities were also very overpriced. Over $100 SGD for jet skiing, and a bit more than that for an ATV for just 30 mins. The whole resort is walkable and easy to get around although you’re encouraged to take the shuttle (slow, old buses that smell a bit weird and depart every half an hour) or you can hire a golf buggy. You’re constantly dodging golf buggies on the narrow paths - both staff and guests use them. Unfortunately when you do walk rather than drive, there’s some poorly maintained areas around the resort. It’s not so bad, but you would expect it to be a little nicer in light of the rate per night.

-: Toutes les activités étaient pratiquement fermées ou personnel ne parlant pas anglais, très bureaucratique et peu ou pas d'explications à l'arrivée

+: Wir hatten eine sea side bungalow, die Lage und der Blick sind einzigartig!!!!!Groß mit renoviertem modernen Bad. Auch das Personal ist über die Maßen freundlich und hilfsbereit. 5Sterne+

-: Es wurde renoviert so dass der Eingangsbereich sehr unfreundlich aussah. Durch die Nebensaison und durch den starken Wind waren leider nicht alle Bars und Restaurants geöffnet. Sehr schade. Trotzdem wurde dr normale Preis verlangt. Ei geschränkte Angebote und Leistung aber volle Bezahlung…..Was allerdings für uns unmöglich war, sind die Preise. Hier werden deutsche Großstadt Preise gehobener Gastronomie aufgerufen. 1 Vorspeise, 1 Fisch und 1 Flasche Wein 150 €. Sorry Leute, das ist Abzocke.Aus diesem Grund würde ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen

+: Veldig flott sted, vi fikk et hus rett ved den kritthvite stranden. Vi kunne velge hvor vi kunne spise på de to hotellene som omfattes av Nirvana Gardens. Siden det var svært få gjester på stedet, valgte vi Nirvana, der det var en del gjester.

-: Synd det var så få gjester på stedet. Må ha vært utenfor sesongen. Det var flere ansatte enn gjester.

+: Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. Tranquil setting.

-: Very isolated need taxi to see anything (expensive)
