+: Das Hotel ist wunderschön und die Gartenanlage paradiesisch angelegt. Der Pool ist schön schattig und das Restaurant lecker. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam.

+: One of the best places we've stayed in Indonesia! Staff is absolutely incredible and the room was fantastic. Very large bathroom with a huge shower that had great pressure and hot water. Bed was big and really comfortable with lots of pillows. Dining table and chairs were comfortable and perfect for room service, which we ordered 6 out of our 7 nights there as the food was so delicious and the portions were big. Towels and linens were all very clean and smelled good. Complimentary water refill station at the lobby. Drying rack outside, beside the front door. Packets of mosquito repellent were provided in the rooms, along with a mosquito repellent device and pods for the room terrace area. Mini fridge and AC worked perfectly.

-: Location might be a bit out of the way for some people but we rented a scooter during our stay so it wasn't an issue for us. Grab is available for any foodgrocerytransport needs though.

+: - Good breakfast (fresh juice, fresh fruit, eggs on demand, home made cakes, asian options..) - Nice spacious rooms (we reserved deluxe rooms) - Good shower - Nice pool - Friendly staff

-: - The beach towel situation at the pool : constantly in short supply, we had to ask several times to get towels brought out. Staff didn't seem to check on the towel situation at all. Or quite simply the hotel just doesn't supply enough of them. Either way it seemed to be a constant problem

+: Das Hotel war schön, das Zimmer auch! Das Frühstücksbuffet war gar nicht schlecht! Die Lage am Strand war schön sowie die ganze Anlage...gepflegt und ordentlich. Auch die halboffene Rezeption war hübsch!

-: Das Abendessen war nur so lala

+: Mooi ingerichte tuin en restaurant. Mooie grote kamers

-: Restaurant heeft geen direct uitzicht op de zee.

+: Das Konzept des Hotels ist super. Dadurch das man sich jederzeit seine Wasserflaschen oder nach einem Glas Wasser fragen kann wird hier jede Menge Plastik Müll vermieden. Das Hotel ist eine Wohlfühl Oase. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut.

+: Very spacious gardens right on the beach. a great setting and also the rooms were spacious.

-: I thought the restaurant prices were a bit high. Also we encountered a mistake in the room cards, as my room key could also open my neighbours room.

+: Familiale kader, vriendelijkheid personeel was top, warm ontvangst! Mooi restaurant, heel lekker gegeten. Heel goede prijskwaliteit verhouding.
