+: The location was great and the pool & pool bar was amazing. The proximity to local restaurants and shopping was also a plus. We enjoyed our time here due to the location directly across from the beach and the Champlung restaurant. Really large room.
-: - The beds are rock hard, not just firm, but hard.- Only one pillow that was worn and when asked the staff said there were no more pillows we could have in the whole hotel. - Staff are very noisy in the corridors at all hours with no consideration to guests.- Breakfast is very limited in variety. - Rooms were often partially cleaned and we had to ask for dishes to be taken away and for towels to be changed even when we we put the sign on the door for room cleaning.

+: Being on the beachfront and the price are the only reasons to stay here.
-: Our room was in need of some maintenance and the whole place is tired and needing work. The pool area was the most disappointing. There is not enough shade. They have a large concreted area for putting up a stage when they host an event. The photos must have been taken a long time ago and when it was set up for something special.

+: The Twin room for me and my friend was clean, comfortable, cool and quiet. The 7-night stay was relaxing and the weekend Convention went without any problems. Will stay again next year.The pool was very inviting and hard to leave as drinks and meals were ordered through the pool bar and delivered pool side. What more could you ask.

-: The wifi is terrible We stayed down near the pool. Hot water was hit and miss We ordered room service from the restaurant. The tray the food arrived on was filthyNo instructions for the safe. The staff didn’t know how to operate it either.They want you to pay the first night about a week prior to arrival. They asked me to pay via a link embedded in a message where the English was not great. It looked like a scam. I messaged them and told them that they had my credit card details so I asked whether they could deduct the first night (deposit) from that. They agreed to do that but they also said that I would have to pay all nights (so the first night again) if I didn’t use the same credit card, which I found to be a bit rigid. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times since 2019 and the standards seem to be declining. I won’t be staying there again.
