+: Pleasant rooms and very spacious. We had three rooms all together - perfect older family trip. They even set up a beautiful display of flowers and swans made of towels for my mums room as it was her birthday.

-: The pool has a lot of mould all over the tiles. Also, after booking well in advance, and paying for a ‘Super Deluxe Room with balcony & Sea View’, we were put in an inferior room that didn’t have a balcony or sea view & had many maintenance issues.When we complained about the room they had put us in, we were told our ‘Super Deluxe Room with balcony & Sea View’ was fully booked out.After 24hrs & 4 requests, they moved us into the correct room type. They then said they had to move someone else out to give us the room that we booked.

+: Partial beach view from the pool and the location at Seminyak beach was perfect for me. The breakfast is nice with enough options. Staff was very friendly. The pool is large with a swim in bar. Close vicinity to several really nice beach front restaurants as well as walking distance to the Main Street area.
-: The entire property is a bit aged and some areas would benefit from an upgrade (pool chairs, just to name one).
