+: Great staff moved us to another room first day due to several families on our floor having extensive gatherings in the the hall being very noisy till quite late at night. Special thanks to Indra the duty manager who made this happen in a very heavily booked time.
-: Unfortunately this hotel is attracting a large volume of guests who travel in large groups that fail to respect staff and other guests with the noise they make and are generally rude and demanding to staff as well as other guests. Hats off to the staff who handle these obnoxious people with grace, kindness and smiles.

+: Have stayed here a few times over the years, and there are always upgrades and improvements to the rooms and grounds. Rooms are comfortable and functional. Stunning pool, lovely gardens and helpful staff. Received an amazing upgrade on our last stay and staff were so helpful when I had to book another last minute night due to a flight booking error (another upgrade). Will be back
