+: Very quiet and peaceful. The grounds were beautiful and maintained. The room was very comfortable and looked fantastic

+: Staff were so friendly and accomodating. It had a very quiet and friendly atmosphere (which we appreciated). The room was all ready when we arrived and a baby cot already placed in our room. We spent four days just laying by the pool and sitting on our balcony.

+: The location, staff were friendly and food was nice.
-: I couldn’t sleep 2 nights out of 3 because of the constant noise at nights, even they changed my room but still it didn’t make any difference.The other thing was about insects at the room, they need to think about it.

+: The food at the restaurant and service was fantastic! The customer service from all Sadara staff was top class and everyone was so hard working, polite and kind. A special mention to Ari who was very attentive to our service needs and a lovely young fellow who greeted everyone with a smile. Thank you Sadara. It was a memorable holiday with a memorable customer service experience.
-: Very very minor feedback but here are our comments: 1. Our light bulb was missing in the bathroom for the whole week. 2 Minor construction was occurring but understandably unavoidable. 3. Changes to cocktail of the day (it stayed the same the whole time)

+: Meals were excellent especially the included daily breakfast. The view of the beach from the restaurant was unreal .The pool was great and the swim up bar menu was awesome, especially the cocktails. AC in the rooms was icy cold and the rooms were cleaned daily . Room service also available. Mostly couples of all different nationalities, very peaceful and good location . Staff were amazing and really friendly
-: Only negative would be it got pretty hot in the mornings at breakfast seeing as though the restaurant was open air.
