+: This was my 6th trip to Sankara and I found all my friends working there. The good was amazing and the spa was perfect.
-: It's changed. It was sad. Buildings all around. It was noisy. Not the serene place it used to be.

+: Private pool was great. Had the freedom to swim when baby napped. The resort was decorated beautifully with flowers on our arrival.The room has an automatic bug repellent sprayed. Seemed to mostly keep the mosquitos at bay. There is a pool club next door that had great food and facilities.
-: The property is a little out of ubud and the traffic going to ubud in the morning and back to the resort in the evening was horrendous. Breakfast is not buffet style but al carte. Food was okay but not amazing. Charged for a bucket of ice to be brought to room. Seemed a bit stingy. The property is in the jungle so not strange, but there were a lot of ants (small and very large ones) in our outdoor area. Could not put our crawling baby on the ground outside as was worried she would be bitten. Had to sign a waiver on arrival that we would ‘keep our baby quiet to not ruin the serenity of the resort’. Any parent would know you cannot control when a baby cries. Luckily we have a well natured baby and there was no issue. But would have been nice to be informed of this prior so we could decide if this was the right place for us to stay. Cannot have grab or Gojek food delivery to the resort. Hard for us, as our baby would go to sleep at 67pm and there wasn’t a whole heap of options around as out of ubud centre.

+: très bel hotel situé au calme, avec piscine, le personnel est attentionné et nous avons eu un massage des pieds de 15 minutes gratuit. L'hotel est situé trop loin à pied du centre mais une navette gratuite est mise à disposition et vous dépose à 15 minutes de marche du centre d'Ubud. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une vue sur une petite rizière à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner et le diner sont bons, un peu cher quand même.
-: Les horaires des navettes devraient être plus fréquentes et être personnalisées en fonction de la demande.
