+: De locatie is erg fijn, vlak naast Transmarkt en de mall. Ook centraal gelegen. Prima hotel. Goed ontbijtbuffet ook.

-: De ruimte in de ontbijtzaal. Er zijn heel weinig tafels binnen en je moet al snel in de ruimte zitten waar gerookt wordt.

+: Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst in hotel.Zeer gast vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel.Om de hoek van Malang Town Square Mall.Zeer uitgebreide ontbijt buffet keuze.

-: AC niet goed . Duurt heel lang om de kleine kamer te koelen. Badkamer douchekop oud en smerig , is aan vervanging toe.Geen stopcontacten naast bed.Zeer schaarste verlichting in kamer.Totaal geen uitzicht zoals in kamer omschrijving. Omdat deze kamers in de praktijk alleen op 2e verdieping zitten.( superior deluxe kamer , city view, more space and private balcony)Schoonmaak en onderhoud laat te wensen over.Er is veel te weinig zitplaatsen in restaurant ruimte voor ontbijt. Moeten echt tafels bijgeplaatst worden.Drukte en chaos is echt niet normaal op de zeer vroege ochtend.Om 6.30 uur zit hele ontbijt ruimte vol en moet men maar wachten tot er een tafel vrijkomt.Dat kan niet omdat niet iedereen de tijd heeft om lang te wachten .
