+: Stayed here multiple times. Friendly staff always helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. Two pools. Close to some excellent bars and restaurants.

+: 항구에서 마차를 타지않고 도보로 이동할 수 있는거리에 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식 메뉴도 맛있고 시설도 훌륭했어요! 참고로 샤워시설은 야외에 있고 해바라기 수전입니다.

+: Staff were incredibly friendly and take so much pride in working there and looking after the facilities. Great location, lots of other restaurants and bars around. Room was clean and comfy. It was such a good stay we decided to rebook for a few days later once we had done the other Gili Islands. Couldn’t recommend enough, one of our favourites of the trip. Thank you to all the staff for making our time so good that we wanted to come back :))

-: They simply left us without breakfast the day of checkout. We were waiting for it for 45(!!!) minutes, and couldn't wait any longer as we were already late for the boat. I mean, it's just a breakfast. How long does it take to make an omlette? But even after a few reminders, we didn't get it till we had to run to the port. :(And generally, staff in the restraunt was over relaxed and really slow, other days we had to wait for food a way too long.The room with the "pool view" in fact was with the view to the neighborhood rooftops, which is ok, as we didn't spend much time in the hotel anyways.But have to say that anyways.
