+: Overall a good experience. The staff were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and timely. Kudos to them. Enjoyed a dip in the pool. The cleaning system as a matter of routine should be switched early morning.
-: A suggestion. Keeping in mind that one pays roughly 3.3 million idr per day; the promotion of a free mini bar is actually laughable and actually off putting. I stayed in Javana Royal based on the reviews and my requirements and enjoyed my experience and not for a free mini bar. If you are going to highlight it atleast fill it up a little with a couple of beers etc. Currently it had one can (and that too the tiniest one) of sprite and coke and one snack, and two wafer!!

+: The pool villa we stayed in was gorgeous and super comfortable. It rained for most of our trip so we were glad to have a wonderful place to stay in at. The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to cater to our requests. The in-room dining was quite tasty too. Breakfast was served in the villa and it was generous and delicious!

+: Erg ruime villa. Aan een drukke straat, maar daar merkte je niets van in de villa. Private pool was super lekker om na een lange dag in te kunnen springen. Erg vriendelijk personeel, een super leuke dag weg geweest met "Pram" die ons veel heeft laten zien en veel heeft verteld over Bali.
-: De gordijnen sloten niet goed en er waren geen gordijnen in de open badkamer waardoor er veel licht binnen kwam al vroeg in de ochtend..
