+: Вечером вкусный шведский стол с шоу программой -: Забронировали в тот же день, когда и заселялись, так что ожидание было ожидаемым, как раз время для обеда. Но потом начались проблемы с открыванием двери, она оказалась поломанной, починку ждали ещё час, уже испорченное настроение. Взяли номер самый дорогой, из тех что были, с okean view, и какое разочарование было когда мы смотрели на дорогу и деревья! Номер вроде бы относительно новый, но дверь на балкон скрипучая, на балконе нет ни стульев, ни стола, пустота. А ночью это вообще кошмар, шумно, очень шумно, спать невыносимо сложно, беруши даже не помогали. Благо забронировали только на два дня, а не на неделю

+: Очень удобное расположение отеля. Пляж через дорогу, 25 секунд и вы уже ходите по песку. В 15 секундах от маничейнджера и минимаркета, что тоже удобно. Есть парковка, но только для байков, хоть и пишут что для машины тоже есть - но это не так. Самый лучший завтрак, шведский стол, огромный выбор блюд, очень вкусно. -: В туалете пахло неприятно, на что персонал разводил руками.

+: Если вы прилетели кататься на серфе, тут первая береговая линия и все в шаговой доступности, хотя это не центр куты,в этом наверное и плюс )) -: Невозможно было оплатить еду в номере картой, приходилось каждый раз спускаться на ресепшн, отель современный и сетевой, а такой ерунды, как беспроводной терминал не знают, как так 🤦🏻‍♀️

+: Отель расположен отлично! Персонал на высоте. -: Проблемы с холодной горячей водой ! Напор постоянно меняется и вода то горячая то ледяная принять душ это отдельный цирковой номер. Прямо под окнами идет стройка. Полотенца за 4 дня ни разу не поменяли сворачивали наши грязные под видом чистых постель идентично.

+: Отличное расположение, пляж через дорогу, до главной улицы идти 5 минут, торговый центр под боком. Чисто, ухожено. Очень доброжелательный персонал, при позднем вылете продлили номер бесплатно. Хорошие завтраки, разнообразные. Чистые бассейны, светлые номера. Персонал настолько доброжелателен и улыбчив, что под конец отдыха я устал улыбаться в ответ)) Для пляжа дают бесплатно полотенца.

+: Понравилась кровать, очень удобно спать. Кондиционер работал от души. Выход к бассейну на 2 этаже из номера очень удобен, позволяет быстро освежиться. -: Кондиционер СИЛЬНО шумел. Не поменяли ни разу постельное белье за 9 дней.
