+: Villa was large, much better than photos. Villa was well equipped with large selection of bathroom products and mini bars. Grounds of villa and hotel were clean and well maintained. Location on the beach was perfect with multiple restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff were fantastic.
-: Steps in hotel and villa were a little bit tricky with a toddler in a buggy.

+: It was a lovely location but with the renovations being underway there were no facilities available for guest use. We all love using the hotel restaurants and gym and spa so that was disappointing, the staff were great however.
-: The renovations which even impacted the use of the main pool. Thank goodness we had our own private pool.

+: The room and private pool were as we remembered. Unfortunately the complex was closed down for a long time and only just restarting. No restaurants and no bar. It used to be a fantastic place to stay and will be again in say another 12 months. The pool is there but swimming whilst construction is going on around it with all the workers is not enticing. Its an amazing place that has unfortunately been left in disrepair and then Covid doubled down on the problem. We understand the bar is the next to start and once they get a steady revenue stream The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali will get back to its former glory.
-: The facility is in reconstruction after years of neglect and then Covid. We have stayed here previously and loved it thats why it was such a huge surprise for us. It will return to its previous prestige with time and it will then be one of the best places to stay in Bali. Lovely staff that are always trying their best. Give it some more time.
