+: The hotel looks exactly like the photographs- absolutely beautiful. The check-in lobby is beautiful, staff greet you with fresh juice, take your time in checking-in and make you feel very special. We managed to change our rooms owing to accessibility issues which was greatly appreciated and found everyone to be very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The breakfast buffet is plentiful but has very less options for vegetarianvegan guests, we found out 2 days before we left that we could request more vegetarian options to be cooked by the chef which were delicious- but I feel that should have been made clear at the start. The views at breakfast are beautiful and around the hotel are fantastic. Having access to your own swimming pool all day, the hotel pools, waterfall and holy spring were outstanding. The rooms have excellent sitting areas, bathrooms and a huge bedroom which are all very generous and comfortable. The only thing to be mindful of is the number of stairs you have to climb everywhere- one to consider if you have mobility issues.

-: The excursion we planned to visit a temple was very expensive and when we arrived- the temple was under construction which was disappointing. I would have expected the hotel to know this before we left and completed a 3 hour trip to be disappointed and spend a lot of money. Our driver, which was also booked by the hotel, took us to a waterfall (everything has an entry ticket cost) which we couldn't access because of mobility issues- again I felt disappointed that he tried to rip us off. The rooms service was a little confusing- every day something was missed and sometimes- we would be visited 3 times to ask whether we needed anything which disturbed us a little. The shuttle into Ubud was excellent, but the timings a little restricted- 11:00, 15:00 and 18:00. For the cost of our stay, I would have expected a few more things to be included in the price- with very expensive room service, laundry and taxi costs into town.

+: The villa was incredible with the best infinity pool and view we’ve ever experienced. It had an amazing concrete spa bath that was sunken into the floor. The villa was so nice that we didn’t want to leave for the two days we were there! The grounds of property itself also had great facilities and multiple pools and a waterfall! The morning yoga was complementary which was a nice inclusion. They also gave us sarongs as a gift and a little egg with our names on it which was lovely! The breakfast was included and was great! Would definitely stay here again! Ultimate honeymoon getaway!

-: The in house restaurant food wasn’t great.. a bit too westernised and quite expensive. Would recommend eating outside the resort.

-: The shower place and toilet is small in my pov. And the doors need better adjustment, so is the water flow through the drain. The TV wasn't functioning. The room can add more lights if possible.
