-: It's unacceptable for the staff to repeatedly use the wrong pronoun(very uncomfortable and annoying during my stay), invade my privacy by entering my villa without permission, and mishandle promotions and refunds at spa away. These issues should be brought to the attention of the management so they can address them appropriately and ensure a more respectful and hassle-free experience for guests in the future.

+: on the beach which was good however the currents r to strong to actually swim in the beach. room was comfortable. staff friendly. pool was nice.
-: gift shops boring. the lobby could have been more lively since there is a dj. i booked W because friends told me what a lively hotel it is. i did not get that vibe. could be the wrong season.
