+: Breakfast spread, friendly staff, kids club and swimming pool and beach facilities

-: My room was flooded due to a choked toilet on my second night stay. Though the facilities team and housekeeping team arrived quickly to rectify the issue and clean the room, there were no other offers of compensation.

+: It is near the beach where there is a pavement to run on.The gym is well-equipped.

+: Staff in kids spa. They really nice, specially Mba Ayu. Thank you for always mentioning my kid's name.The beach is good for kids because the wave was slow, not like wave at jimbaran beach.All staff were really helpful, the room great.

+: Breakfast was good but the rooms are shocking and small balcony fits one person can’t even sit on it

+: Almost everything fantastic staff location and good atmosphere.

-: The music around the pool area wasn't very relaxing it was very repetitive and boring and didn't really suit a pool vibe Also the wait staff at the Ikan restaurant although very lovely were often slow at taking drinks orders etc

+: The staff are extremely friendly. Love the breakfast buffet spread and the hotel is just beside the beach.

-: The air conditioners in the room didn't work as well. And noticed there are white particles floating inside the swimming pool with my googles on.
