+: Excellent hotel with great pool and grounds.

-: Nothing we didn't like we have stayed there multiple times.

+: specious rooms, superb breakfast, beach, kids playground, swimming pools, bikes

-: water slider is for a toddlers only, adults can't slide with kids so one attraction less for my 2year old boy.

+: Good facilities

-: The check in process was horrible. We had a 3 year old with us and was not able to access to our room until 6pm. We were initially advised 4pm and then it blew out for a reason that was not advised. Very poor service in that regard. The food, drinks and spa are Australian prices. Wouldn’t go back to the Westin or Nusa Dua area.

-: Service was extremely disappointing for a Westin chain. Rooms were filled with fugus due to bad maintenance and cleanliness rating i would say beyond zero. Rooms keys were only given close to 4pm then when reached the room it was super dirty with fungus. Wasted a day moving rooms. Overall very bad experience.

+: Everything in the hotel has been above my expectations, Amazing, location, staff, Breakfast, dinner
