Set right on the beach, Herods Tel Aviv overlooks the marina. It offers an Executive Business Lounge on the 17th floor and rooms with balconies and Mediterranean Sea views.

+: Очень разнообразный и вкусный завтрак. Внимательный персонал. Много русскоговорящих работает в отеле, поэтому можно даже иврит и английского не знать, но всегда будет к кому обратиться. В холе вид потрясающий на море. Можно часами любоваться в любое время года. -: Интернет периодически пропадал. С пляжа доносилась громкая музыка. Но тут ничего не поделаешь - отель примыкает к пляжу, а там летом веселье.

+: Отзывчивый персонал, быстрое реагирование на вызов и устранение неполадок -: 1.Повторяющиеся неисправности -телевизор отключался более 3-х раз2.Кондиционер р-тает только на холод и нет возможности переключить на тепло в отдельном номере.

-: халаты были грязные, тапочек не было, пульт от телевизора не работал и на конец кондиционер не работал на тепло.Очень долго просил помощи, так часть моих просьб не выполнили.

+: Вид на море! завтрак на террасе -: перед поездкой персонал присылал много сообщений, при этом на мои вопросы (по поводу ночного заселения и трансфера в аэропорт) не ответили ни разу! не отвечаю также на телефон, обозначенный на booking.com!В комнате не работал телефон, обещали починить, но так и не сделали за 4 дня!В лобби баре не оказалось сухих вин!!!!!!! Пришлось самому идти в магазин - купил 2 бутылки, 1 бутылку подарил бару, чтобы повысить их сервис 😊Впечатление плохого и бестолкового управления.
