+: Все очень «дорого-богато», прекрасные завтраки, обслуживание в ресторане, барах выше всяких похвал, приятная зона бассейна, высокий уровень организации безопасности, номера не большие, но функциональные, с прекрасным видом на океан и Ворота Индии. -: Приехали в 6:30 утра в отель, понятное дело - всю ночь провели в самолете, особо не спали, нам предложили доплатить еще 50% за ранее заселение, это при том, что у нас уже было оплачено 50% стоимости номера с заселением в 8:00. Отказались из принципиальных соображений и пришлось ждать 1,5 часа заселения и пароля от WiFi)Также нас пытались развести на доплату за номер бОльшей площади. Такого ужаса от отеля столь высокого уровня мы не ожидали.С учетом того, что спать хотелось неимоверно - негативное впечатление товарищи на ресепшн создали на все 100% в день заезда.Прождав 1,5 часа и валясь с ног, мы заселились в номер им обнаружили.. что кровать для ребенка за 1,5 часа так и не удосужились поставить!В ресторане на завтраке нет отметок о том, что блюдо о Read more

+: Это самый великолепный Отель в Мумбаи!!! Начиная с порога отеля, заканчивая месторасположением!!! Выше всяких похвал! Встретили, заселили, никаких депозитов, никаких блокировок по карте! Чистота, атмосфера, отношение персонала, дизайн, бутики внутри отеля-все это в комплексе создаёт атмосферу маленького города внутри😊 Очень рекомендую каждому! Здесь можно спрятаться от грязного города и уличных попрошаек, и почувствовать себя в раю😊 Лучшего отеля в Мумбаи не найдёте!
