-: Нас приняли плохо,час оформляли документы,час говорили по телефону,басеин закрывается в 19:00,почему непонятно,мы приехали в 17:30 и хотели отдохнуть и искупаться,в системе навигации там закрыты улицы и улица стала одностороним,в непоменяли нечего,мы поехали и попали в полицию,потом целый час искали как доехать,развнерничали и как доехали кое как,и когда сказали что и басеин закрывается,мы обиделись и выехали,оплатили и неостались,прошу Вас полностью снять меня с вашей подписки,я впредь и иои друзья небудем пользоваться вашими услугами,надо писать что и когда закрывается,везде закрывается с 21:00,и если дороги одностороние надо предупреждать,жду от вас ответа,спасибо

Очень дорогая "без чудес" еда, отсутствие русскоговорящего персонала, сквозняки в ресторане.потрясающий вид на Флоренцию, комфортный номер, великолепный, ухоженный внутренний дворик, удобный микроавтобус в город. Время проживания: Октябрь 2016
