+: Очень красивый отель, роскошный номер и очень просторный как для Италии, прекрасный дизайн, очень порадовал комплимент от отеля в виде просеко и сладостей фруктов. Ребёнку подарили мягкую игрушку. Хороший сервис и рум сервис. Великолепные завтраки и обслуживание на завтраках. -: Хотелось бы наличие в отеле автомобилей для поездок в центр города, так как мы были в период забастовки служб такси, очень проблематично было куда то поехать.

-: Номер весь обшарпанный, там срочно требуется ремонт. Из всех кранов лился кипяток, невозможно было даже руки помыть. Завтрак очень слабенький.

+: Всё было отлично! Мы были в отеле в начале эпидемии и кроме нас там почти никого не было. Не смотря на тяжелую ситуацию персонал был к нам предельно внимателен и вежлив. К сожалению из-за введенного карантина пришлось уехать раньше. Желаю всем ребятам из этого прекрасного отеля здоровья и большого количества гостей, когда всё это закончится.

+: Очень удачное расположение отеля, рядом метро, вокзал, с которого можно добраться в любое место Италии, несколько ресторанов, шикарная еда. Безумно понравился спакомлекс, большой бассейн, современный тренажерный зал, бани, сауны, все включено в цену, которая определенно соответствует качеству обслуживания и самому отелю в целом -: недостатков нет в отеле, определенно будем отдыхать только в нем!
