+: Отличноая локация! Хороший отзывчатый и приятный персонал? Наличие уличной террассы с хорошим сервисом, на которой я забыл сумку с покупками и на следующий день персонал мне доставил ее в номер Отличный номер не считая узкой кровати -: Очень маленькая и узкая кровать - мы с супругой плохо спали из за этого. Очень скудный завтра. Также у нас в номере были слышны какие то посторонние звуки хотя окна выходили во внутренний двор и должно было очень тихо но у нас возле окна трещал какой то механизм

-: Сняли с карты в момент заезда в 2 раза больше денег, чем стоило проживание. Извинились, но деньги на карту не возвращаются. Испортили дальнейшие планы. Приходится заниматься возвратом через букинг и банки. Впечатление испорчено!

+: Шикарно расположенный отель с приветливым персоналом) -: Поменяли матрасы перины на матрасы доски. Очень жестко. Спать некомфортно. Душевые для людей низкого роста. Управление душем находится очень низко.

+: Не понравился. Не соответствует заявляемому уровню Растворимый кофе, невнимательный и нерасторопный персонал, скромный выбор блюд, посредственное качество еды -: Сменить персонал на ресепшн. Абсолютно безграмотный. На карте дважды заблокировали стоимость проживания и экстрас. Объяснить как так получилось у них не смогли Разблокировать тоже. В итоге доступный остаток на карте существенно уменьшился, что создало проблемы при оплате картой уже в другом месте. Спустя неделю после выезда из отеля вынужден заниматься возвратом своих денег

+: Понравилось абсолютно всё. Отлично подготовленные сотрудники. Все знают всё. Любые пожелания выполняются быстро, и профессионально. Ну и конечно месторасположение!!! Очень удобно делать шоппинг. До любого бутика 3-5 минут.

+: Удобное месторасположение, тихо и в самом центре. -: Странно оформлен вход в отель, очень скромно, для 5 звезд это недопустимо. Отель уступает другим отелям сети своим лобби. Весьма скромные завтраки. Жили в номере 333, рядом помещение для персонала, шумели ужасно. Нужно подумать о дополнительных дверях в номере в таком случае. Вид из окна отсутствует, т.к. на балконе очень высокая стена, полностью загораживает обзор.

+: Отличная локация, атмосферно) Большой номер, уютный, персонал очень вежливый, красивый внутренний дворик, наверное летом там будет очень приятно завтракать... завтрак вкусный) -: Приехали к 11 утра а номер был готов только к 15...( но это не омрачило наше путешествие )
