+: прекрасный отель с захватывающими дух видами на Везувий! территория, интерьеры, дизайн, белье, шикарные завтраки с Prosecco, обслуживание-все на 10 из 10 -: пляж сам по себе уникальный: на лифте спуск со скалы, хорошо оборудован, но прямо напротив порта, где весь день причаливают паромы и катера, из-за чего есть запах солярки в воздухе, что конечно неприятно…

+: Удобное расположение отеля, до центра города всего несколько минут ходьбы. Приятное место на одну ночь. Хороший ресторан, со столиками на террасе и видом на море. Достаточно разнообразный завтрак. Сделали повышение категории номера при заезде, большое спасибо. -: Были муравьи в ванной комнате в номере.. А также, персонал при выезде из отеля был мало приветлив..

+: Ощущение от отдыха просто потрясающие! Невероятно красивое место, потрясающие интерьеры, сад, бассейн, спуск к морю, пляжный бар в саду, что для обрывистого Сорренто просто восторг! Отличный персонал, хорошая климатика в номерах, прекрасные матрасы. Очень вкусный завтрак. Твёрдая десятка, за исключением одного. Сделали апгрейд одного из номеров, чтобы мы жили рядом с детьми. -: Ресторан просто поразил диссонансом со всем остальным: посредственное обслуживания и кухня просто вызывает вопросы: на ужин подали говяжий миньон, который не жевался, паста была развренна, с креветок в кляре не снять хитин. В общем ужинать лучше в городе.

+: Понравилось абсолютно всё. Отель полностью соответствует своему статусу 5 звезд (причем "настоящих" европейских 5 звезд). Расположен в самом центре города, на высоком скалистом берегу непосредственно над морем. Потрясающие виды на Везувий и неаполитанский залив. Перед отелем разбит ухоженный тенистый сад с бассейном. Днем здесь приятно укрыться от зноя, а вечером - посидеть с бокалом вина или чашечкой кофе, наблюдая за заходом солнца, которое садится в залив почти прямо перед тобой. Пляж собственный, с лежаками, зонтиками, полотенцами и баром. Лифт обеспечивает комфортный и удобный доступ на пляж и обратно. Номера просторные, чистые и светлые. Сантехника и всё оборудование новые. Везде идеальная чистота и порядок. Обслуживание на высоте. Персонал вежливый и предупредительный, всегда готовый помочь. Завтраки разнообразные и качественные. -: Единственное, к чему можно придраться (и лишь при очень большом желании), - это две вещи.
