+: Большой номер, чистое белье и полотенца. Меняли каждый день. -: Вода для питья была как комплемент в день заезда. Больше таких комплиментов не было. Или отель 4 звезды не предусматривает такую услугу? Хотя в других отелях 4 звезды - давали. Проблемы нет, в состоянии сами купить. Но, хотелось бы знать. Да или нет?

+: Персонал очень любезный. Учли при заселении все пожелания. Дали прекрасный просторный номер с красивым видом, по запросу предоставили утюг с гладильной доской в номер. Ванная комната очень просторная, есть все туалетные принадлежности. комната с большой кроватью и рабочим пространством за ноутбуком. Также в номере чайная станция, комплиментарная бутылка воды и кофечай, холодильник, мини-бар. Прекрасные завтраки (вкусный кофе, выпечка, нарезки, яйца) -: нет такого.

+: рядом с метробыло оооочень тепло несмотря на странное объявление о том, что тепло подаётся только по полдня -: номер просто крошечный, на одну ночь ок на завтраке столпотворение

+: Прекрасный отель в трех минутах ходьбы от метро. 3 остановки по прямой линии без пересадок и вы в центре. Огромная кровать, ванная с джакузи, просторный номер. Все было идеально.

+: Месторасположение отеля относительно метро. -: На следующий день не было уборки в номере, не убран мусор из мусорного ведра и не были поменяны полотенца. Поломан душ , не стекала вода в ванне.

+: Все. Мы много путешествуем. Особенно по Италии. Хороший отель 4 для Италии. Очень комфортно и тепло. Чисто. Персонал всегда любезен. За 3 дня даже постель поменяли. Все что нужно для 4 все есть. Близко до метро, пройтись буквально 5 домов. Тихий район без беженцев. Завтрак простой. Но для Италии хороший. Самое главное, что очень тепло, мы даже окна открывали в -5 ночью. Это удивительно. Обычно в италии отопление слабое. А тут прям жарко в номере. Вода горячая. Халат тапочки по запросу. Кофе вкусный. Вода каждый день.. Номер небольшой, но уютный. Италия это любимая страна на равне с Испанией , Францией. Милан понравился. Скидки сумасшедшие на бренды. Брендовая обувь по цене Зара. ......
