Located on a hill in the Tuscan countryside, 5 minutes' drive from San Gimignano, Villasanpaolo is surrounded by olive groves. It offers a modern spa and both outdoor and indoor pools.

К сожалению, это тот случай, когда отель поставлен "на поток" туристов, что полностью убивает камерную атмосферу классического качественного отдыха в Тоскане. К старинной вилле пристроен масштабный гостиничный комплекс, куда завозят, к примеру, автобусы китайских туристов. Никакого вида на сам город San Gimignano из отеля не открывается, город видно только из нескольких люксовых номеров. Одним словом, ничего криминального, но в данной местности за ту же цену можно найти места куда лучше!С терассы отеля и правда открывается неплохой вид на холмы, но для этой местности хороший вид - меньшее, на что Вы можете рассчитывать. Несмотря на обилие туристов, очень любезный и внимательный персонал - например, нам дали очень полезные рекомендации по городу San Gimignano и его окрестностям. Чистые стандартизированные номера. Несмотря на довольно потасканный вид, ресторан оказался вполне приличным, с подозрительно хорошим выбором вина (видимо, в осноном гости предпочитают брать "комплексный обед", налич Read more
