Located at Diani Beach on the South Coast, the Neptune Palm Beach Resort & Spa offers a fresh water outdoor swimming pool. Mombasa is 25 mi away.
Rooms are located in traditional cottages and feature a balcony with garden views, outdoor furniture, and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower.
A buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at Mnazi restaurant, which offers local cuisine. Alternatively you can order refreshments at the poolside lounge bar, Mawimbi Deck. The resort also features 2 other bars.
Neptune Palm Beach Resort features a spa and entertainment staff. Guests have direct access to the neighboring resort facilities, featuring a water sport center, beach volley ball, aqua-gym, golf or tennis.
The resort is 28 mi away from Moi International Airport in Mombasa. The Ukunda Airstrip is an 5 mi drive from the property.

+: The rooms were renovated and upgraded, the food was amazing, now daily seafood at lunch time was added and sushi in the evenings. That is what we need at the beach. They have received the travel life certificate and use glass bottles in the rooms and don't replace towels if not needed. The staff as usual very welcoming and friendly.
-: The wifi was not working. They said that a fibre line was being replaced. That hotel guests ran to the sun beds and reserved them at 6am already. What kind of habit is that?

+: Personnel très gentil, chambres spacieuses avec une jolie terrasse ou les singes font le spectacles.Buffet très correcte.Belle et grande piscine.Hotel de taille modérée, donc pas trop de monde, sensation de calme.
-: Les vendeurs sur la plage qui gâchent un peu l'envie d'aller se baigner dans l'océan.

-: 1. do not take the taxi with the Hotel Assistance Manager. They charge us 160$ for transport from Mombasa to Hotel once average price is 100$ - 120$. The car they sent to pick up us has no proper working air condition so 2,5 hours sweating in 35C 2. no internet access in the room (we were in 744) 3. no hot water so every day you need to take the shower in cold 4. it is not possible to close the doors from toilet so hope you travel single 5. in the restaurant the average time to react in 30 minut if you are lucky and they do not forget what you order 6. if you order hot dog during lunch time they use to bring only sausage as they are out of roll 7. lack of water during breakfast 8. price for quality 3 out of 10

+: Food was excellent. Service was awesome - Family oriented, and respected our privacy. Location in Diani was amazing. The work they put in on the End of Year Party was absolutely amazing - Phenomenal.
-: Our pool could have been cleaner or put through maintenance to thoroughly clean the pool tiles and walls to remove the accumulated stains.
