-: Wir haben zu einem festen Preis bei Booking.com gebucht. Als wir vor Ort waren mussten wir für 4 Nächte noch einen Zuschlag von fast 400 Euro bezahlen!!!!!!! also Vorsicht hier wird man ziemlich über den Tisch gezogen!!!!!Es gab beim Abendessen Gäste die mit der Badehose da waren!!!!! Dies wurde stillschweigend geduldet!!!

-: Night auditors attitude. Was not very accommodating. I was trying to get a 2nd room but the night auditor was not willing to accommodate us said the rate would be almost the same as what we are paying for 2 nights. said at 2am the room was not ready even if we willing to pay. As a hotelier I would try to accommodate our guest the best we can and sell another room if possible, especially at that hour. That room will not be ever sold again for any rate! Was very disappointed that we had to go stay somewhere else for that night.

+: Hotel is very clean and facilities are comfortable. We stayed in 'Deluxe Ocean View' room and it was quite big. We had breakfast and dinner buffet and there were more choices. Hotel is next to the beach and you can have nice walk. There are several nice and clean pools. Unfortunately it was only a short stay.

+: it is a big hotel with a lot of people, pool is warm which is nice!!! the beach is dirty, pizza at the restaurant was great i recomend it better than the buffet. But buffet for breakfast is good.
