+: Loved everything about this elegant hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. Room comfortable with great amenities. Pool area beautiful. Food tasty. Would choose Columbo Court when next in town.

+: The room was great , large , clean and the food in the restaurant and staff were great. It was one of the more expensive hotels we stayed in and although was great in many way food and restaurant staff I wasn’t keen on the location . The restaurant staff were very helpful and service and food was good. It was good to come back to this little bit of calm in a very noisy city. Good pool but the spa wasn’t open the days we were there.

-: The front staff could have been better , it’s difficult to say how but didn’t seem very helpful. Colombo itself wasn’t a particularly easy city and if I went again I would stay in Negombo on arrival and avoid Colombo completely but that is not the fault of the hotel

+: Fab pool. Great staff, all very helpful, professional and friendly. Food by the pool was really good.

-: I don't remember the bathroom not having air-conditioning when we stayed previously, however, I booked a deluxe room this time rather than a superior deluxe room, so maybe that's why.

+: Great landing point for us in Sri Lanka. Rooms were very stylish and comfortable. Even though we arrived at 4am the room was ready for us with aircon on (we had paid for night before to be clear but still it’s rare late arrivals are checked in so quickly and efficiently). 5 minutes after arriving we were in our room which was great after a long flight. Excellent location for exploring Colombo. Pool restauarant and spa were all very good.

+: The hotel was in an excellent location, away from the busy centre of Colombo. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and hot shower, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and there was a beautiful location for breakfast sitting next to the pool.
