-: Two days before the visit, they charged the full price for the rooms. Secondly the rooms were being sold at a much lower rate than we were charged. See screen shot (and the shown price is for 4 rooms where as we had three. 131655 INR including breakfast for superior room and taxes. For three rooms it would be INR 100,000 (approx) which is USD 1200 compared to 2000 USD we were charged. Booking.com price matches so the difference amount should be refunded to me.
