+: Very clean, good entertainment and restaurants, food at breakfast outstanding along with service.Room lovely, extremely comfy bed.

-: Some rude, judgemental staff, wouldn't be fit to work anywhere, some of the staff like in the breakfast restaurant and two security guards, extremely pleasant, rest of the staff not up to standard. People behind desk didn't care about looking after the guests.Wouldn't let me workout in my crocs, even though there is a disclaimer saying no injury is there fault. Pool area and gym you have to cross the road to get to, unacceptable.

+: Breakfast was good. Visiting the Executive lounge was great. Staff (Nadeeja, Gayan, Sachith, Shaheed, Rimshad, Aloka, Wasath & Adeesha) in the lounge were very friendly and helpful.

-: Exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't strong enough to prevent steam covering the mirror. Room carpet was old & tired, needs replacing. In the meantime maybe room fresheners might help.
