+: Tres bel hôtel qui a gardé son à authenticité et son charme. Les offres massages sont vraiment un gros plus, le calme de l’hôtel et le personnel accueillant sont excellents.

+: The bedroom was lovely with a big balcony and view over Galle. We liked the rooftop restaurant. The lounge areas of this hotel were beautifully furnished The swimming pool was nice and warm. The restaurant made a special vegetarian curry for my partner as not much veg choice on the main menu.
-: There were only 4 sun loungers by the pool and all of them were located in the shade..so we couldn’t sunbathe. There was only 1 chair on our balcony. Would have been nice to have 2 chairs.

+: Upon arrival, I was given a refreshing drink and a flower on a leaf! I like the reception area, which is outdoors and has a few benches where to catch your breath. The ground floor is more like a residence than a hotel with a huge living-room where you can relax (I did) and watch the two cats frolic about. Each room has a small balcony overlooking part of Galle. The breakfast was adequate, consisting of fresh fruit (watermelon, papaya and pineapple) and a nice choice of other options. The staff (check-in, restaurant, etc.) were very friendly and attentive. The owners, who live on the premises and in private quarters, were very friendly.
-: The hotel is located in an upscale neighbourhood of Galle. Even though I love walking, unfortunately, there were no restaurants, shops and money exchanges in the immediate vicinity.

+: Very nice building and a neighbourhood. The hotel is not in the centre of Galle, but it's a short ride and hence, offers a quiet environment. Very friendly staff
