+: Great location close to beach24 hours reception

-: When I was at the front desk the person who was at the reception dosent have clue what to do and where to find the booking. He can't find my booking and calling hear and there finally he fund my booking but he can't find the room key. Room is very basic. Not value for money they charge extra 760rps for service charge but there's no service unfortunately. And finel bill also higher than it was. I didn't argue with it I just want to leave the placeNot recommended

+: La navetta aeroportuale inclusa. La colazione. La cortesia e sollecitudine dello staff. Il rapporto qualitàprezzo convincente

-: Niente acqua calda, probabilmente per un guasto momentaneo (non abbiamo indagato anche perchè faceva caldo e non era quindi oggettivamente un problema). La pompa dell'acqua si azionava ogni volta che si apriva il rubinetto ma anche ogni volta che questo accadeva che nelle altre camere, anche di notte. Era rumorosa e quindi il sonno è stato un po' disturbato. La piscina non era frequentabile, sia per l'acqua torbida sia per la posizione accanto ai tavoli della colazione

+: La verdad que hotel es muy simple ,llegamos a las 23 de la noche ..el señor que estaba en la recepción,no hablaba

+: Freundlicher herzlicher Empfang durch den Eigentümer Krishan und die Rezeption Ayani. Zimmer war auf Wunsch mit einem zweiten Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage kühlte das Zimmer bereits beim Einchecken. Empfang mit kühlem Fruchtsaft.
