Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Palm Paradise Cabanas 3* 2024-2025 Sri Lanka, Tangalle

+: Location for Goyambokka Beach is super. Although you've so many bars at the beach that kinda loose the effect of paradise beach.

-: The staff attendance was terrible, the worst we've had in Sri Lanka. Not nice at all, didn't care about the restaurant, everything was dirty and attendance was rude. The last day a nice sir was there and I think it was the manager of that specific place as every waitress was on demand and doing things. Also, hot water in bathroom with low to zero pressure.

+: La chambre est spacieuse et propre ! Le cadre est agréable ! Les villas sont espacées ! Le restauration est très bon. Le personnel est agréable.

-: La lessive est hors de prix et la piscine ferme tôt (18h)

+: Die Lage am Strand war schön, tolle Gartenanlage. Das Countryhouse und die Villen sind toll.

-: Die Beach Cabanas können wir nicht empfehlen. Die Cabanas sind offen, sodass jede Menge Tiere vorbei schauen. Der Ventilator wirbelt nur Staub auf. Es ist sehr sehr warm. Leider waren die Betten auch nicht wirklich sauber. Die Matratze war sehr dünn und hart.

+: In my opinion the priceperformance ratio doesn't fit, we paid around $100 for 2 nights. They are normal rooms, we had no air conditioning, just fans, but you pay significantly less everywhere. Beach and breakfast were very good.

+: Ontbijt was redelijk, de villa’s zijn erg goed. De cababa’s heel leuk maar geen airco. Locatie is top!

+: On the whole the experience was good, the place was nice and the cabaña was spacious enough. Breakfast was enjoyable and the majority of the staff was friendly.

-: We were treated rather rudely by one female member of staff when we suggested some signs to guide us back to reception might be useful. We were lost for 20 minutes after leaving our luggage in the hut. Through our own fault we hadn’t thought of the fact that a hut is a rather open affair and in the middle of nature that means getting some unexpected guests from time to time. Next time we will take something more creature proof. Taking about creatures, we quickly found out that stray dogs are a common feature of this country, but we didn’t quite expect them under our breakfast table. No doubt other guests are at fault for feeding them, but we were not too keen on having flea-infested, scabby dogs begging for scraps while we were eating.

+: We stayed in a villa and it was a great size, with panoramic views. The beach was a very short walk away and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

-: The welcome area was quite old and could do with some updating. Otherwise, all was great.
