+: The family taking care of the property are super kind. The service is very well done, and they are always open to answer questions about the city. the breakfast was delicious.
-: The facilities are very well equipped. The only unfortunate situation was staying at one of the rooms facing the main street, which gets quite busy, even during the night.

+: Clean and comfortable place with polite and helpful staff. You can find nice cafes, groceries, and a fruit shop near the hotel. Also it is located near Unawatuna Beach. We tried local breakfast and recommend it 100%.P.S. Towels had been nicely served before my wife sat on one of them...
-: The hotel is located near the road. It would be a disadvantage for someone but our sleep was well.

+: I stayed here for 6 nights as it was extremely close to the dive centre I was going to. The staff were extremely attentive throughout my stay, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, well loved and had constant hot water. Towels and bedding were changed during my stay and I was offered a complimentary coffee and snacks as well as a parting gift which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was nice and they have the option to do washing (good price compared to other local laundry services)The beach is just a short walk away and I was provided with beach towels at no extra cost.I felt so comfortable staying here and would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time here, especially if you want to do your PADI course!
-: The main road can be noisy. This wasn’t a problem for me. Perhaps consider bringing some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
