+: Price very good staff very helpful only 5 munite to unavatuna beach ⛱️

-: The have dog 🐕 inside the guest house they are friendy but still can't feel comfortable when they are around

+: Location was good, close to the beach and the road with a lot of stores and restaurants. Monkeys came once during breakfast time.

-: BE CAREFUL! The host tried to cancel the reservation just one day before arrival (must be someone offered better price). Thanks a lot to booking.com who helped to resolve the situation. Check reviews on Google Map, you will see the host is doing this many times. Only bedrooms are air conditioned, it is hot in the living room area. The rooms need repair badly, many things are cheap or broken.
