+: Location was good, close to the beach and the road with a lot of stores and restaurants. Monkeys came once during breakfast time.
-: BE CAREFUL! The host tried to cancel the reservation just one day before arrival (must be someone offered better price). Thanks a lot to booking.com who helped to resolve the situation. Check reviews on Google Map, you will see the host is doing this many times. Only bedrooms are air conditioned, it is hot in the living room area. The rooms need repair badly, many things are cheap or broken.

+: Set in a lovely tropical garden with monkeys, chipmunks and peacocks. Location is great; right near the quieter better part of the beach and just a shortcut into the middle of the town centre. Owner was very friendly, I slept really well in the bed and the air conditioning was quiet. The room was very clean too.
-: There was no towel included and I kept forgetting to go down and ask for one, luckily I had a spare. Also my room was quite dark and smelled very faintly of damp, nothing a good airing couldn’t fix, but you can’t just open all the doors because of the mozzies. Maybe some nets over the windows so you can leave them open would help.
