+: Der Ausblick ist ok. Große Terrasse.

-: Das Hotel ist sehr abgeschieden und der Transport nach Tangalle dadurch sehr erschwert. Es gibt keine Geschäfte in der Nähe. Lediglich zwei Restaurants. Wir haben im Zimmer mit der 270-Grad-Aussicht übernachtet. Die Fenster, wie auch am Titelfoto des Hotels ersichtlich, waren ungeputzt und verdreckt. Somit war keine Aussicht gegeben. Das Frühstück war nicht zufriedenstellend. "Westliche" Speisen waren kalt. Es wurde täglich nahezu das Gleiche serviert. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr langsam und versteht teilweise kein Englisch. Es werden nur wenig Früchte und keine frischen Fruchtsäfte angeboten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist dementsprechend sehr schlecht. Die Preise für Bier, Snacks und das Abendbuffet völlig überteuert. Wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Badezimmer. Am Pool sind fast keine Liegen und Schirme vorhanden. Hinweise werden zwar vereinzelt durch Hotelpersonal aufgenommen, jedoch nicht umgesetzt. Das Check-out war chaotisch, man wollte uns irgendwelche Rechnungen von anderen Zimmern verrechnen.

+: Spectacular view from the room by panoramic window (Just 1 room with that wiev). Sun sens from the bed. The location is far away from civilisation (20 min by tuk tuk) but this was what we wanted 😀.

-: Windows was not clean. It is a big disadvantage if you choose your room because of spectacular wiew 😀

+: The comfortable bed and the view out to sea.

-: The customer service, unprofessionalism and personal attack because of valid concerns about my stay. Broke data protection laws disclosing private information from an email on trip advisor response. Gym equipment broken, rusty and not up to standard, multi gym unsafe to use. Raised some other concerns all of which not acknowledged appropriately and hard core inappropriate defence, also lied because I had not taken photo evidence, which I believe would not be necessary if you stayed at a decent hotel with standards that listened to genuine concerns. Wrote a personal and slandarous attack against myself because I had raised issues which were not appropriately dealt with.

+: Large and comfortable room with great views overlooking the ocean, the gardens and the pool.The pool was amazing in the morning.Reception staff were very accommodating fixing problems.

-: Our last day of stay housekeeping woke us up and we're entering the room well before 8am to ask if we were checking out now not even 8am.. we reported this event to the reception staff who were incredibly apologetic.Whilst the food from the kitchen staff was generally quite good, it should be noted that the carbonara is made with a very heavy cream milk, which we thought was unusual and a little bit sickening. The chef was very rude when confronted with my Italian wife's feedback about this.

+: Pěkný hotel s klimatizací. Velice jsme ocenili Jacuzzi, která nám dopřála relax po náročném dni. Hotel má krásný výhled na oceán.

-: Kamenitá pláž doslova až útesová, takže ne moc vhodná na koupání a už vůbec ne s dětmi. Na hezčí pláž se musí dojet TUKTUKEM. V hotelové restauraci z menu většinu pokrmů nepřipraví. Takže možnost výběru byla dost omezená, což je Škoda. Občas byl personál celkem pomalí a měli jsme spíš pocit, že je obtěžujeme.

+: Lovely sea view

-: No WiFi even though on the booking it said there would be. Remote location, dirty rooms. Staff seemed disinterested a lot of the time. Not worth the money at all. Very dated, and breakfast wasn’t great - buffet style, and saw staff using the same spoon for vegetarian curries as fish curries. As a vegetarian, this wasn’t ideal. Facilities outdated also
