-: Struttura fatiscente, che meriterebbe una ristrutturazione strutturale. Servizi quali bar, ristorante, spa non attivi. Posizione dell'hotel isolata e considerata la mancanza totale di servizi é necessario spostarsi anche per comprare una bottiglia d'acqua! Stanza vetusta, bagni arrugginiti, lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi. Un vero incubo. Il prezzo è alto per il servizio che offre. Sono sorpresa per Booking, ho sempre utilizzato questa piattaforma ma non ho mai trovato una struttura così difforme dalla descrizione e dal punteggio.

-: - Personnel non-compétent- Chambre sale : cheveux par terre, évier et douche bouchée, équipements de la douche rouillés, colonie de fourmis dans la douche et par terre, mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain, traces au sol, draps tâchés, rideaux qui ne servent à rien (il fait jour au levé du soleil à 6h dans la chambre)- Petit déjeuner en buffet donc ne vous levez pas trop tard si vous voulez avoir du choix (dans l'ensemble ce n'est pas bon)- Le restaurant : belles photos sur le site mais c'est tout autre chose en réalité. Sur 3 jours, nous pouvions avoir le choix entre 2 clubs sandwich et quelques plats de riz ou de "tapas". On n'avait pas réellement le choix comme toute la carte n'était pas disponible.- Piscine : NE VOUS BAIGNEZ PAS AVEC DES MAILLOTS DE BAIN CLAIR. L'eau jaunit instantanément votre maillot de bain !!!- Nous avons également eu une coupure d'eau sur une matinée et un membre de l'hôtel nous a proposé comme solution de NOUS LAVER DANS LA PISCINE. Nous avons halluciné.Et pour finir, en partant, un membre de l'hôtel à casser une roue de notre valise en la mettant dans la voiture !!

+: Solo il fatto che lo staff fosse sorridente

-: Il bagno davvero vecchio e che perde l'acqua e in più la porta del bagno della nostra camera non si poteva chiudere, lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati e arrivati alle 20 ci hanno detto che la cucina avrebbe chiuso alle 21.30 ma alle 21 "a la carte" ci hanno comunicato che avremmo potuto mangiare solo club sandwich.
