+: Good location and almost worth of the brand. Perfect in room service and common atmosphere.

-: Booked king suite for one night but was upset when spend night without sleep cuz of neighbors with crying baby in connected room. Personal was ignorant when they settled priority guest in expensive room with 100% noisy neighbors connected to us by inner doors. This nearby room should be free for possible expand of king suite but not occupied by young couple with infant. But breakfast was various and kitchen in restaurants good enough. Beach is good for surfing beginners but hotel has no own rental service and instructors. Mostly was satisfied but final impression was twofold…

+: Location and view from high floors is good. Working staff are very attentive.

-: Poor hygiene policy. We stayed there for three nights and payed almost 1K USD. The hotel doesn’t meet Marriott standards in Europe or USA. We found cockroaches both in the restaurant whilst eating and in our room. We raised this with the management. However they were extremely unprofessional and rude, stating that “this is out of their hands“. It ruined our holiday mood. My partner also experienced racially abused behavior from the management, that expected him to be used to cockroaches and insects due to his skin color.
