+: местоположение, завтрак, номер -: ужасное отношение персонала. мы прибыли в отель в 15.00 нас заселили только в 18.00. Была проблема с программой. мы были с дороги очень уставшие, о какой -то компенсации этого времени даже речи не шло. в другом отеле такого уровня были бы предложены бесплатные напитки в баре, как минимум. но мы услышали, что с учетом того, что мы бронировали на букинге, а не на сайте отеля, то можно даже и не мечтать о какой-либо компенсации. вишенкой на торте стало предложение персонала нам самим раздвинуть кровати и перестелить постельное😅, так как никого уже нет из обслуживающего персонала. раздельные кровати были подтверждены заранее при бронировании. и когда мы возмутились, через некоторое время пришел человек и всё сделал.

+: Отличный вариант -: Прилетели ночью , заказывали трансфер из аэропорта. Водитель не приехал. Пришлось искать случайное такси , что заняло много времени.

+: Комфортабельный отель в центре города с собственной парковкой. У нас была бронь на 2 номера. Один выходил окнами во двор, второй на улицу. В одном мы отлично выспались с маленьким ребенком, а второй имел шикарный вид и живую музыку (были выходные). Понравилось все!Хороший ресторан с баром при отеле. Отличный завтрак, который можно заказать в номер. Чисто, уютно, сытно, удобные кровати - все что нужно в поездке. Центральное расположение в городе, сильный wi-fi. Все понравилось
