+: Удобное местоположение, чистый номер -: На момент заселения не было горячей воды, но нам предложили скидку. Так как нужно было всего лишь переночевать, решили никуда не переезжать. Завтрак был очень скудным и холодным. К концу завтрака принесли 2 блина и тоже уже остывших. Карточку с адресом дали от другого отеля, поэтому гости столицы никак не могли найти отель, что бы вернуться

+: Расположение -: 1. При входе грязь, столики не убраны, мусорник при входе никто не убирает.2. При заселении нам сказали что нету горячей воды и завтрак будет только в номер.3. Работник сделал скидку за данные неудобства, за что ему спасибо)

+: Расположение просто супер. Завтрак тоже очень хороший. -: Меня почему-то ввели в заблуждение что принесут завтрак в номер, телефон в номере не работал. Когда я спустился узнать в чём дело, большая часть предложения завтрака уже отсутствовала. В номере на ковре грязные пятна и прожженые места от сигарет. После поздней прогулки по старому городу, меня ждал сюрприз ввиде открытой двери номера, но я точно знаю что я её закрывал. Хорошо всё ценное было при мне.

+: Завтрак . Очень приятный повар . Приятная женщина на рецепшене. Симпатичный просторный номер . -: Холодно в номере . Поставили обогреватели в номер так как гостиница экономит. Свет во всех коридорах выключен . Можно ногу сломать . 19:30 вернулись в гостиницу , она была закрыта , звонили минут 15 чтобы нас впустили . Думаю для гостиницы 5 звёзд эти вещи не совмещаются . Цена все таки не 5 евро . Понимаю что зима , людей нету , но разве это проблема гостя ? Сравнивая с другими гостиницами , такого никогда не было . Пусть ощущения остались позитивные после отдыха(не благодаря гостиницы), второй раз там снимать номер не буду .

Хотела включить кондиционер, но система кондиционирования воздуха была отключена на зиму (так объяснили на рецепции)* Душевая дверца закрывала лишь половину ванно и вода проливалась на пол* Отсутствие электрочайника* Отсутствие одноразовых тапочек* Всего две подушки на кровати

+: В номере красивый интерьер и панорамные окна, а также безумно удобное размещение. -: 2 из четырех лампочек были не рабочие. Пришлось пернкпучивать лампочки, чтобы было освещение за рабочим сталом.
