+: Velmi příjemný komplex hned na pláži obklopen krásnou zelení.Pokoje čisté, pohodlné, klimatizované a s terasou s úžasným výhledem na moře a obklopující zahradou.Jídlo i obsluha perfektní. K hotelu patřil i bazén, bar s výbornými koktejly a menší boutique. Hned po příjezdu jste se cítili vítání a byla vám poskytnuta veškerá péče a pozornost. Večer zde hrála živá hudba, což ještě podtrhlo atmosféru dovolené snů..Ráno jste se probudili zpěvem ptáčků a šploucháním vln. Lehátka na pláži byla vzorně připravena a pláž udržována. Okolí hotelu vybízelo k procházkám kolem pláže.Rádi se sem ještě vrátíme.

+: Clean and friendly staff

-: Not worth the payment for the all inclusive, especially the drinks and food.

+: Good selection at breakfast buffet. The resort is right on the coast but the beach is not for swimming from. Ok freindly staff. If youe counting on eating in Trou d´ Eau Douce there are only 3 restaurants. The rest are basically snack bars.

-: The resort is becoming somewhat run-down and could benefit from maintenance, particularly regarding the locks on the room doors. They are not functioning properly. We encountered difficulties entering and exiting our room, and observed other guests experiencing similar issues. Unfortunately, it seemed that the resort did not address this matter seriously, leaving us to figure out a workaround ourselves.

+: Their ethos on protecting the environment and ban on single use plastic! Needs to be supported!The incredible sea views from the rooms.The DELICIOUS food - so, so yummy and so much choice.So much free stuff! Drinking water, snorkelling, boat trips, different flavoured teas and biscuits…The street food van!! Omg such yummy food.The coffee! You get local ground coffee and a little cafetiere for your room and it’s soooo nice - some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.Everything they use is locally madegrown which I LOVE.They have a ‘departure lounge’ with comfy seats, drinks, a shower etc if your flight is late and you have already checked out. I wish every hotel had one of these!

-: The cleanliness - there were stains on my towels and sheets which I didn’t like. The pool was dirty every day.

+: Room and general facilities good. Appreciated free boat to Isle du Cerf. Staff friendly. Nice pool and sufficient seating round pool or by the sea

-: Evening buffet was rather bland - would have liked more curries or similar. Checking into restaurant and being shown to seats could be better. Often had to find our own table and when busy wait for table to be cleaned

+: The room and the view were amazing, perfect retreat if you're looking for peace and privacy. Shoutout to the entire team for a great service!
