+: Struttura meravigliosa. Resort elegante e super attrezzato. Ambiente raccolto e raffinato. Ci sono 3 ristoranti: reef restaurant con cibo da tutto il mondo , cibi freschi e vasta scelta. Piccolo corner per i più piccoli e c’è la possibilità di richiedere anche piatti per bambini. Lo chef è comunque disponibile per ogni richiesta ( Miss pasta with zucchini!!). Colazione ricchissima di scelte con cibi espressi sia continentali che asiatici. Diving center attrezzato e ben organizzato.Il Thai restaurant eccezionale ma va prenotato! Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutto lo staff. Molto professionali, disponibili e gentili. Staff attento ad ogni dettaglio e in particolare molto attenti ai bambini. Camera sempre pulita, veniva pulita almeno due volte al giorno da Hassan, professionale e gentile. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati in ogni istante. Un punto eccezionale è il kids club che organizza sempre tante attività per i bambini ( pizza making, pittura, caccia al tesoro, lavoretti e alle 3 organizzano sempre una super merenda!) Un grazie alle due ragazze del kids club che hanno fatto divertire le mie bimbe! ( il kids club è dai 4 anni in su ma pagando 10 dollari l’ora tengono i bambini anche più piccoli!). Il resort dispone di un medico in struttura. Infine la SPA thai con ampia scelta di trattamenti, personale professionale e ambiente super rilassante! Resort consigliatissimo sia a coppie che famiglie con bambini!

+: The location is superb, the reef and marine life is exceptional. Overall it was a great hotel. Most of the staff were nice. Fitness classes on the beach were really nice and personal. Manta ray excursion was excellent with the guide being really nice and made it a must that it would be an experience of a lifetime. Food was always of very good quality but at times we found bfast being abit limited due to the fact that we are not used to eating indianasian food at bfast but it was also understandable. Overall an exceptional holiday! Well done Centara Grand!

-: We were on an All inclusive package ( we thought everything as in food items would be included) as when we booked we didnt have an option for a better package, however we found out there was a Grand All inclusive which was then too expensive to upgrade to which included more items (not much) and better beverages.

+: 早餐豐富，浮潛環境很好，很多魚，淺灘附近很多baby鯊，沙灘很美，很適合帶孩子玩，管家服務很周到
