+: To be fair and short my rating was based mainly on my reservation experience, my booking was confirmed by booking.com though the resort sent my a message with link to pay for the stay (very unusual) and I have till the end of the day to do that. An hour and few minutes later (we did not even reach end of day in male timing) my reservation got canceled before one day of my travel. I called them to complain that they should not cancel a confirmed reservation, they should have at least called before canceling and the response we are sorry but only thing we can do now is re-reserve but you will have to change the room on the last nights as room you want has been booked already on the last night.
