+: Everything matched the photos. The rooms were clean. Security was good. The convenience of checkin and getting the room code was smooth. The terrace was awesome. The kitchenette was a nice addition. The location was great.

-: The AC was a bit weak - we were on the sunny side of the building. We were disappointed that coffee supplies were not restocked daily.

+: Las instalaciones amplias, limpias, nuevas. Bien equipado. La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. La ubicación muy buena.

-: Estuvimos en dos oportunidades. Del 3 al 5 de marzo24 y del 12 al 15 de marzo24. Como funciona tipo arbnb cada puerta tiene un código que te lo envían poco antes de llegar. En ambas ocasiones el código fallo y no podíamos ingresar. Como tienen seguridad las 24 horas,presentamos el inconveniente las dos veces y finalmente nos entregaron una llave para poder ingresar al apto. Problemas tecnológicos que deben afinar. La voluntad y la respuesta fue buena. Otro aspecto es que si bien está equipado, faltaría una plancha para la ropa y un secador de cabello que ningún departamento tiene.

+: Location was great, private and quiet.

-: Mattress as too firm and the pillows were uncomfortable. AC wasn’t working in our room, and the fan supplied didn’t keep up. Odd noises, maybe the plumbing, woke us up multiple times per night.

+: The location the room the facilities were super. I loved the fact that there was a gym I could use at any time for my fitness. I used it everyday. Plus there is a starbaccs coffee shop at the premises!! Fantastic

-: That they did not have cleaning service everyday

+: Location, clean, and quietness.

-: Proper arrangement. And Laundry was down. We arrived at 7am at the property, and according to Booking the property will try to arrange our arrival accordingly. When got there, wasn’t able to be arrange because the place wasn’t ready. Which was totally okay since the check in was till 3pm. Owner didn’t guarantee sooner check in, but a follow up message was promised in case the room was available sooner. No follow up message or notice. Our trip was exhausting and at least an hour earlier wasn’t able to be arranged. We had to go rest somewhere else till check in time.

+: Good location. Quiet.

-: No sheets for the second bed. Suggestion was it was our fault because we checked in late. It’s not a suite. It’s a large room with no privacy if there are two of you. Difficult to get any help from anyone for anything. The guard on duty was sullen and told us things that were not true. Way overpriced. Not recommended.

-: We had some issues with check-in as we got sent a wrong check-in code. The staff on site was very available but it did take a little bit of time to figure out what the right code was.
