+: The view is beautiful if you have an ocean front room. The activities at the family pool are fun. The theme nights for the buffet are good. The staff is kind.

-: The rooms are tired and in need of a refresh. We did not have air conditioning that worked in our first room and were moved after fully settling into the room to another room the new room had a broken air conditioning system as well and the staff suggested we move to another room without the sea view we paid for. We had fully unpacked for a second time and settled into the new room so we decided to not move again and lose our view or our king size bed in the process (they wanted to move us to a room with double beds), therefore we did not have any air conditioning for our entire stay. We asked to be reimbursed for the lack of air conditioning but they said we could just move again. This was the worst part of our stay.

+: Las habitaciones muy cómodas, las instalaciones muy linda e impecables, el personal muy atento

-: Que aunque es todo incluido cobran por el uso de sillas de piscina o camastros. El Internet no era muy bueno.

+: Todo en general muy bien, la comida la atención del personal los cuartos limpios. Fue una estancia muy cómoda

-: Quality of alcohol wasn’t the best, appreciate it is all inclusive so it’s not premium brands but could do with something a bit better than they had Toilet kept blocking If you check in later on the first day you are not able to book a resturant for dinner, I believe late arrival guests should be asked by email to book to make the most of their stay Swimming pools are slightly heated, not so comfortable in February time in the adult pool

+: The view was beautiful from the third room i got moved to,which was finally a beachfront view. The staff was really nice. The mexican restrauant was good.

-: I stayed in three different rooms two of the rooms i stayed in were gross. One had mold and the othe had broken fixture. No view of the beach. Furniture needs to be updated.
