+: Das Essen war hervorragend alles war ausreichend lecker und sehr ansprechend Die Natur um das Resort herum sehr schön Toller Strandabschnitt

-: Die Fahrräder sind existenziell für einen schönen. Aufenthalt und gehören ausnahmslos ersetzt in neue Räder!!!!

+: El complejo es selvático y hace que el entorno natural sea agradable

-: No le han dado mantenimiento al hotel prácticamente desde que abrieron ya que todas las instalaciones están con fallas… cuando llegue la habitación que me dieron las puertas hacia la terraza no se podían ni abrir y la tina estaba toda cochina pedí cambio de habitación y me hicieron un “upgrade “ que me costó 250 dls más de lo que había pagado y el closet se inundó de agua y se nos mojó toda la ropa por problemas en el aire acondicionado nos ofrecieron lavar la ropa pero aún así no nos reembolsaron el upgrade cuando tuvimos que dormir sin aire acondicionado para evitar que el cuarto de inundara, los camastros de la habitación prácticamente se nos rompió por qué la madera está podrida, la habitación con una televisión súper vieja con colores ya muy deteriorada para que se den una idea el logo de Netflix se ve naranja en lugar de rojo, la alberca de la habitación está toda cuarteada… todas las fotos que ves en booking son falsas cuando llegues te darás cuenta

-: Zimmer + allg. Ausstattung veraltet und nicht servierst.Extremere Feuchtigkeit Geruch im Zimmer .Sauberkeit einfach nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau.Die Menagerien war nie zur sprechen wurden nicht ernst genommen .Der Fitnessraum war verlostet und der Spa hat auch nicht funktioniert.Es ist eine 3 Sterne Anlage oder 4 aber nicht 5 .Das Personal war super freundlich Essen war auch gut obwohl fast 5 Tage lange die gleiche Speisekarte war .Die Trasse wurde nie gereinigt .Viel zur teuer für diese Anlage .Wir haben Fotos gemacht und werden das jemanden zur Überprüfung geben da wir nicht ernst genommen worden sind .Der Preis war viel zur teuer für die Anlage .

+: The trees and peaceful surroundings.

-: The bikes are old and need to be upgraded. As well there would be times staff would contact transportation golf carts to take us back to our room and they would not show up . This happened a handful of times in our 7 days there.

+: Everything, the rooms are amazing, the territory is fantastic. The hotel is super clean, one can enjoy animals on the territory of the hotel. Every wish and desire gets satisfied, nothing else to wish.

-: La reposición de productos del frigobar tiene área de oportunidad; ya que se tuvo que estar llamando para reponer lo que tomamos, de ahí en fuera muy bien…

+: Es una hotel para relajarse y descansar, muy limpio, buena comida. Personal atento y dispuesto a ayudar.Playa privada con una vista preciosa.Me encantó poder trasladarme en bicicleta dentro del hotel.
