+: We loved the vibes. The people and staff are great. This a party resort they entertain you all day long. Our team had a great time.

-: The food could be better in the restaurants. The buffet was the best

+: I loved the selection of Restaurants and Bars 🍻. The rooms were very clean and spacious & comfortable. The staff were excellent and housekeeping was on point... The Night life was awesome. We had a great time.

-: We had a little bad experience with the check in person Andy. She was very arrogant with us about requests we asked for prior to our trip date. She talked to us very short like we were asking for too much. Then she was supposed to upgrade one of the rooms and never did. How do a family book rooms together at the same time but get placed in different buildings on different sides of the resort......

+: The Bell staff was very friendly and helpful arriving and leaving. The pool parties were the best Julio catered to our every need and remember us every time.

-: When we arrived to our room there was a horrible smell, the shower glass hand stains all over. Housekeeping definitely didn’t clean good and the accommodation of switching rooms wasn’t helpful because they didn’t have one available until the day before we were leaving. The room only smelled cleaned a little while after house keeping clean it . Then it went back to stale smelling. We had a swim out room and we should have definitely had our room discounted because being given Inscents to light all the time just wasn’t acceptable for the amount we paid.

+: The property was beautiful, had beach access, beautiful ocean front views. In the beginning I thought it was going to be a chill older crowd vibe, but when I got to the other pool, I found the party ‼️ Building 5 and 6 is where the party at! Food wasn’t bad at all compare to some of the other resorts I’ve stayed at.

-: I didn’t like that I would have had to wear dress shoes to the French restaurant and long pants. It’s hot.

+: Stunning looks, beautiful and spacious rooms, courteous staff. Great party scene and djs are always on point with the music!

-: Food was not impressive, it was actually really bland. Drinks lacked alcohol and flavor - used a lot of sugary mixes. Def not a beach front to be proud of, since the beach is not proper for swimming. Dark waters, red flags everywhere.

-: Que no tiene espacio para cambiarse ya que hicimos el check Inn a las 12 y nuestro Vuelo salía a las 23:00 horas y no tenían espacio para cambiarse
