Casa Malca is located on an unspoiled beach in Tulum, on the edge of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. It offers a bar-restaurant, tropical gardens and stylish accommodations with air conditioning.
Each room and suite at Casa Malca is decorated in elegant white and has views of the gardens or the Caribbean Sea. The private bathrooms come with free toiletries and towels.
Tulum town and the beautiful Mayan ruins of Tulum are both around 6.2 mi from the property, while Cancún International Airport is 78 mi away. Free parking is available on site.

+: Concierge service was extremely responsive and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, and I loved that it was included in the cost of the room. The beach chairs were fantastic. Garden suite was quiet and lovely.
-: The restaurant menu got a bit repetitive, wish there had been more dinner variety. Didn't love how the bathroom floor stayed wet for a long time after the shower. Also, I wish there had been more drawers for clothing storage, and wardrobe space and hangers for dresses (not just shirtsblouses).

+: We spent a week at Casa Malca with the whole family (me, my wife and 2 kids). We had a wonderful experience. The facility is beautiful. We lived the art work around the facility and the attention to detail in the design. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff is super friendly, always going out of their way to meet our needs. The family suite room was huge with excellent amenities. The beach is cleaned every day (unlike some other hotels in the area). We wanted a quieter place to stay and Casa Malca’s location is ideal for that, away from the party zone but still only a short cab ride away if you wanted to party. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options to choose from. Both the restaurants at the property served excellent food. We especially enjoyed our dinners at philosophy. It was great to have that option with the kids. They have a kids menu too. All in all a wonderful experience and we hope to be back.
