    -: El hotel está en reparación y no lo habían notificado a la hora de hacer la reserva. Estaba lleno de polvo por la construcción y mucho ruido y trabajadores de la construcción pasando todo el tiempo por las áreas comunes del hotel

    +: Clean, if we needed any towels, pillows, etc, we got them immediately, they were always ready to help us or give us information about tours or about the city.

    -: Our room did not have any windows facing outside, only a little one in the bathroom for ventilation. The hotel is being remodeled, our room was not remodeled yet, but it was comfortable, I’m not complaining about that.
